Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping & Pickup Policy
Turn Around Time/Roasting Schedule
We have two roasting days, MONDAY and WEDNESDAY.
Orders received Wednesday thru Saturday will be roasted on MONDAY and shipped or available for local pickup by 12 noon Tuesday.
Orders received on Sunday thru Tuesday will be roasted on WEDNESDAY and shipped or available for local pickup by 12 noon Friday.
Orders made available for local pickup will be held for thirty (30) days and then discarded unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping is via UPS Ground, and is picked by up by UPS within one business day of the order being completed and packaged as stated above. UPS Ground offers day-definite delivery typically in one to five days from the day shipped.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How To Return An Item
Merchandise items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and pre-paid UPS shipping sticker (or you may return the items directly to our brick-and-mortar location).
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color in the store only.
